摘要
Transmission over 109km of dispersion shifted fibre is successfully accomplished without penalty and errors at 20Gbit/s rate using a 10 well 1.5mum high-speed MQW DFB laser biased at 24mA DC with a low modulation voltage swing of 1.5V peak to peak.
