摘要：

This paper is devoted to a description of one knowledge representation method for intelligent systems: heterogeneous semantic nets (HN). HNs can be treated as oriented graphs with labelled nodes and branches, since each node is a set of ordered pairs, while branches having different labels have different algebraic properties, different semantics and, consequently, different interpretation procedures. This paper examines certain problems that occur in developed applied intelligent systems that have been recognized in recent years; knowledge models based on heterogeneous semantic nets are described and analyzed.
