摘要
Neighborhoods throughout the Sacramento, California, metropolitan area did not receive equal amounts of mortgage loans during 1976. Mortgage lending by banks and savings and loan associations varies with the social status, ethnicity, and age of neighborhoods. Individual lenders differ greatly in their activity in minority areas. The pattern of lending offices does not strongly influence lending patterns. © 1979, Taylor & Francis Group, LLC. All rights reserved.
