摘要：

The draft of an international convention to deal with environmental crime was recently proposed by a team of international lawyers. Their proposal is analyzed by comparing it with national, regional, and international environmental laws and reveals that many of the ideas proposed result from the circulation of norms and actors currently involved in international law. Understanding these connections makes it possible to develop a more effective way to fight environmental crime and also encourages international adoption of this draft convention.
