摘要：

Apparent deviations from Lambert-Beer's law may be caused by chemical and/or physical effects, instrumental effects or both. A general procedure is described for distinguishing between these three types of effects. The validity of the procedure is verified by some measurements in the visible region of the spectrum on cobalt(II) and plutonium(VI) solutions. The method is shown to be especially valuable for establishing the correlation between absorbance data, measured with different cell lengths. © 1969.
