摘要
To instruct educators is a task of utmost complexity that implies enormous challenges: To form them today for an educational center that with certainty will transmute tomorrow, defining the essential knowledge that they must acquire, offering them tools in order that they may attain new knowledge as knowledge transmutes, making possible a deep reflection on the tasks that they will perform in his future labor centers and the contexts that they will carry forward in their professional practice, just for mentioning some of the necessary tasks that the educators' initial formation implies. This study focuses on the low efficacy of the formative stage as a preparatory instance for the first steps of the teachers at the professional field. Among the methods used: analysis-syntheses, historic-logic, inductive-deductive, documentary analysis and interview. They allowed revealing the potentialities of the formative process for the development of communication in these future professionals.
