SYSTEM EU-TI-O - PHASE RELATIONS IN A PORTION OF 1400 DEGREES C ISOTHERM

摘要
Phase relations in a portion of the system EuTiO have been investigated at 1400°C. The following compounds were located: Eu2Ti2O7, Eu2TiO5, Eu3TiO4, Eu3Ti2O7 and what is believed to be EuTi12O19. The existence of the compound Eu4Ti3O10, was ascertained although it could not be prepared as an equilibrium phase at 1400°C. What was previously thought to be the unique composition EuTiO3 has been shown actually to be an extensive solid solution. © 1969.
