摘要
Botrytis cinerea produces a hydroxystilbene-degrading enzyme when grown on a pectin-containing medium. The enzyme, stilbene oxidase, has been identified as a laccasc. Stilbene oxidase oxidizes both pterostilbene and resveratrol to produce non-toxic products. The phytopathological significance of the degradation is discussed. © 1991.
