摘要
New 3-substituted thiophene monomers have been synthesized. The substituent is a benzene ring having an hexyl or octyl chain in the p-position. These monomers have been polymerized chemically in a chloroform solution using ferric chloride as an oxidant. The resulting polymers have been characterized and doped. The stability of the doped polymers has been tested.
