摘要
The method of forming the textured high-T(c) superconducting Y-Ba-Cu-O ceramics by diffusion reaction was described in the present paper. Following systems: mixture Y2BaCuO5+(1-x)Ba3Cu5O8-delta-mixture Y2BaCuO5+(1+x)Ba3Cu5O8-delta; mixture Y2Cu2O5+(4-x)BaCuO2-mixture Y2Cu2O5+(4+x)BaCuO2, where 0 < x < 0.5, were used as diffusionas pairs. It was established that basic plane of perovskite structure ceramics is formed in diffusional flow direction. Critical current densities above 1000 A/cm2 at 77 K were received on the best samples.
