摘要：

Widespread application of anticoagulant drugs with a relatively low therapeutic range requires investigation of indications and optimal dosage according to the actual state of the art. Latest clinical investigations prove that low dosage of acetylsalicylic acid suffice for secondary prophylaxis of transitory ischemic attacks and ischemic cerebral stroke.
