摘要：

The use of routine scintiangiography with a Tc-99m colloid liver scan is well documented. The authors present a case of aneurysmal dilatation of the portal vein demonstrated on the radionuclide hepatic scintiangiogram. During the portal phase, localized increased perfusion activity was persistently observed in the area of the porta hepatis, shown as a round defect on the static liver image.
