摘要
A combined (injection/spectral) sensitization study of poly-N-epoxypropylcarbazole (PEPC) with amorphous selenium and complexes of pyrylium dyes has been carried cut. It has been shown that combined sensitization proceeds simultaneously by two mechanisms of charge carriers photogeneration the generation in the selenium layer with subsequent injection of charge carries into the transport layer and the generation in the bulk of the transport on the dye.
