摘要
The electrical resistance of the alloy of pristine and fully deuterated (2,5-dimethyldicyanoquinonediimine)2Cu ((DMeDCNQI)2Cu) salts is measured in the metal-insulator-metal re-entrance transition regime as a function of temperature and magnetic field under pressures up to 12 MPa (120 bar). The temperature dependence of the lattice parameter is also measured. Resistance enhancement by application of magnetic fields is found in the vicinity of the insulating state. It is proposed that this transition is ascribed to the stabilization of Cu2+ ionic state having paramagnetic spins. In addition, the temperature-pressure phase diagram of this alloy system is obtained for the first time.
