摘要
The diffusion coefficients and carrier recombination times in PbS and Cu2O semiconductor colloids were measured by time-delayed four wave mixing with incoherent light. Based on the relative intensities of the diffracted signals and the background, the parameters were obtained. The diffusion and carrier recombination processes were discussed.
