摘要
This paper presents the main results of a theoretical study focusing on the effects of a uniform magnetic field on the free convection flow of an electrically conducting fluid past an isothermal wedge. A very efficient numerical method has been used to solve the non-similar boundary layer equations. A range of values for the magnetic field parameter, wedge angle parameter and Prandtl number were considered. Flow and heat transfer characteristics are presented and discussed.
