摘要
A comprehensive intraoperative examination of myocardial contractility and energy function in patients with acquired heart disease with predominant stenosis has enabled the significant correlations to be established between the complex of the functional indices of right ventricular myocardial and the levels of energy substrates in the myocardium of the left atrial auricula and coronary arteriovenous ATP difference. The magnitudes of changes were found in the functional parameters, which indicated myocardial energy deficiency.
