摘要
The frequency spectra between 1·8 and 3 GHz of the microwave radiation emitted from ntype InSb samples orientated alongthe [110] direction showed maxima in a transverse magnetic field, which can be attributed to Doppler-shifted acoustic cyclotron resonance. © 1969, The Institution of Electrical Engineers.
