摘要
Excess molar volumes (VE), excess viscosities (ηE) and excess energies of activation for viscous flow (ΔG*b) have been obtained for the 1-propanol and 2-propanol + methylacetate systems at 298.15 K. over the whole concentration range. The results of VEare discussed in terms of the influence of interaction between components and the Prigogine Flory theory was used to explain the observed behavior. The predictive abilities of a few of the existing equations for mixtures viscosities have also been compared. © 1990, Taylor & Francis Group, LLC. All rights reserved.
