摘要
In French Guyana, the health care system must deal with the natural and social characteristics of a French department set on a South American ground. The health care difficulties that result from this specific picture mostly concern, among the inhabitants of French Guyana, those who live in the Inside of the department and the poorest ones. And because of historically set social logics, most of these inhabitants belong to minorities and/or are foreigners. Territorial and socio-economical inequalities in health care access are then also origin based inequalities. After presenting them, this article considers the influence that the inter communities relations have upon these inequalities. Are finally identifiable some based upon origin discriminations, both indirect and direct, contributing to the production of inequalities in health care access in French Guyana.
