摘要:
The relationship of the expression levels of drought - (AF93 - Grossi et al., 1992) and ABA-regulated genes (Dhn1 - Close et al., 1989), water potential and ABA content was analyzed in durum wheat at the grain-filling stage. The moisture-stressed plants exhibited a marked reduction of water potential, a rise in ABA content and induction of mRNAs homologous to AF93; no mRNAs homologous to Dhn1 were found.
