RADIATION OF FIXED CHARGES IN A NONLINEAR MEDIUM UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF A STRONG LASER-RADIATION FIELD

摘要
This paper presents a theoretical consideration and the first experimental observation of the phenomenon of transition scattering (TS) of the dielectric permittivity wave (DPW) originating when a strong laser pulse passes through an isotopic non-linear medium and falls on a charged filament which is used as a fixed source of the electrical field. The characteristics of the TS are given for the obtained experimental conditions.
