摘要
The temperature dependence of the activation energy of magnetic flux lines from pinning centers was estimated using the intrinsic pinning model by Tachiki and Takahashi. We could obtain good coincidence between the estimation and experimental values using reasonable parameters obtained by experiments. The temperature dependence of activation energy is dependent mainly on the relative size of the coherence length to the inter-distance between CuO2 conduction planes.
