摘要
A method is described to facilitate the analysis of sedimentation equilibrium experiments. In the analytical ultracentrifuge a mesh of fine wires is placed immediately before the photographic plate. The intersections of this mesh generate on the photograph reference points which are used in measuring fringe displacements throughout the experiment. For this purpose, photographic recording is made continuously. Several related modifications to the Spinco model E analytical ultracentrifuge are described. © 1969.
