摘要
We describe the phenomenological and microscopic aspects of solid-state diffusion in an electric field. We then present a Monte Carlo method which is used to simulate an atomistic model of diffusion in an electric field. The Nernst- Einstein relation, which relates the drift mobility and the diffusivity, is then discussed and verified with results of the computer calculation. © 1979, American Association of Physics Teachers.
