THEORY OF SPIN DYNAMICS IN THE METALLIC CUPRATES (INVITED)

摘要
The spin dynamics in the metallic cuprates are studied theoretically. In the normal state, it is demonstrated that the interplay of correlation effects and fermiology lead to a natural understanding of the contrasting wave vector dependences in the neutron scattering cross sections of the two best characterized cuprates: LaSrCuO and YBaCuO, as well as the anomalous frequency and temperature dependences in the neutron scattering cross sections and in the NMR relaxation rates 1/T1 and 1/T2G. In the superconducting state, the compatibility of the d-wave pairing state with magnetic data is explored.
