摘要
For estimating a common phase difference between pairs of signals subject to joint fluctuation and contaminated by relatively low noise levels, the optimal phase weighting function is the square of the corresponding signal amplitude and the variance of the result is approximately inversely proportional to the average signal/noise ratio.© 1979, The Institution of Electrical Engineers.
