A technique of surgical repair of subglottic or tracheal stenosis is presented, consisting of resection of the stenotic area followed by primary suture of the trachea. Apposition of the cut edges is made possible by releasing the major superior attachments of the larynx and. mobilizing the lower trachea. © 1969, SAGE Publications. All rights reserved.
