HUMAN TRAFFICKING IN BRAZILIAN AND SCENERY PROTECTIVE HUMAN RIGHTS - WHAT IS THE ROLE OF THE STATE

This article is intended to discuss a reflective analysis regarding the growing realization of human trafficking, a factor denoting negative scenario in universal level, being the latent represent affront to human dignity. Although the countries occupy-diuturnamente to regulate and impose punitive sanctions on such unlawful agents, desditosamente this picture proves to be insufficient to effectively repel such a phenomenon. The Brazilian government, for example, offers an extensive legislative framework that regulates the matter, lying established in arts. 22, 213 and 231 of the Penal Code, however, due to various factors such as the absence of strict border inspections, offenses are committed frequently and impunity plaguing themselves. It should be noted therefore that the problem is not restricted to the legal issue, because if making a brief approach about the legal position adopted by Brazil, which is a signatory of various treaties, in headquarters of international law, which deal with the subject It concludes that it is necessary to search for the realization of the purposes outlined by Human Rights which are to safeguard the principle of human dignity, through public policies severely adopted by the leaders of the country.
