摘要
The purpose of this literature review was to collect and summarize the existing evidence for exercise in the treatment of neck pain. There is moderate evidence for the use of exercise in the treatment of neck pain. Specific exercise regimens do not produce better results than general aerobic or strength exercise for a general neck pain population. Specific exercise regimens for subgroups of neck pain sufferers are not well enough investigated. The methodological quality of the included papers is above average but the clinical relevance remains debatable.
