摘要：
In this paper we analyze the evolution of the Spanish Electoral Law, from its origins in the year 1810, until the present day, with special emphasis on its regulation in constitutional norms - from the Constitution of 1812 to the Constitution of 1978-, but also in legal and regulatory procedures.
