Looking for a specific reference to the term "person". A proposal

The aim we have here is to establish a real reference linked to the expression "person". In other words, we try to propose a use for that term such that in that use something concrete will be safeguarded. Our task has thus a phenomenological character, that is, we try nothing but to give an account of something phenomenally real.
