摘要：

The gravitational-gyroscopic wave equation which arises during the study of non-stationary internal waves in a rotating stratified fluid outside of the framework of the Boussinesq approximation is considered. Fundamental and explicit solutions of the Cauchy problem are constructed. The classical solvability of the external and internal Dirichlet problems is proved.
