Cultural policies in Chile. A look from the economy

The political cultural for the new democracies of Latin America are a necessary reaction opposite to the absence of definition of cultural mechanisms that allow to have cultural own decisions opposite to cultural foreign elements. Therefore, in this article it is possible to admit that the intervention of the State, in view of the development of the political cultural ones, is limited by the paradox of the heterogeneity and the respect by the diversity.
