摘要
The alternation of human resource management in USA has approximately started in 1970, in Europe - in 1980, and still continues. In academic literature human resource researches are becoming one of the constituent parts of personnel management and they are defined as important occurrences of organization human resource management, helping to enhance efficiency and permanent development of employees. The aim of the research is to reveal development tendencies of human resource management. The article deals with theoretical development of human resource management. Human resource management conception analysis and human resource management development analysis has enabled to foresee the opportunities of human resource management tendencies. Scientific researches, accomplished by performing a thorough investigation of the present situation of human resource management, determine its possibilities and practice perspectives in advanced processes.
