ECOLOGICAL OPTIMIZATION OF DECISION-MAKING PROCESSES ON THE BASIS OF ECOLOGICAL LIMITS

The paper elaborates a method of decision-making processes of the landscape-ecological optimization on the basis of ecological limits. From the ecological point of view, these limits represent regulations of the spatial development of natural and social territorial units. Generally, a set of limits includes the following categories: abiotic limits - are conditioned by the quality of the abiotic complex, biotic limits - are conditioned by the quality of the biotic complex, anthropogenic factors - are derived from claims and requirements of social development, complex factors - are based on principles and functional laws of territorial units as a whole.
