Legal problems of technical regulation aimed at provision of economic security

The problem of ensuring the safety of citizens is conditioned to the fact that products can be a source and carrier of a large number of potentially dangerous and toxic chemical and biological substances. However, a poor legislation in this sphere does not allow to realize the basic principle of food safety - the full responsibility of the manufacturer for the quality of food raw materials and finish products. Nowadays in Russia there is an urgent need to develop clear mechanisms for the regulation of legal relationships on the stages of getting food raw materials, production, purchase, transportation, storage, sale of food products and their ingredients between the manufacturer, consignee, seller and consumer.
