摘要
We investigate a Cauchy problem and a boundary value problem for a fractional order differential operator, where the order of the operator is within the range between 2 and 3. Relationship is established between the eigenvalues of such operators and zeroes of functions of Mittag Leffler type. Approximation matrices are also investigated.
