摘要：

This research analyzes the complications that SMEs face in Ecuador in order to get money and their involvement in investment policies. The work begins explaining the opinions of people responsible from a sample of companies, selected with a random criteria. The results show that although these companies are heavily contingent upon the achievement of credits in the private market, they have not affected the growth of SMEs.
