摘要：

The modern information on a neonatal polycythemia etiology and pathogenesis is presented. A polycythemia classification, diagnosis and clinical manifestations of the given pathology are regarded. The principles of therapy are stated and a polycythemia prognosis is presented depending on a gravity and form of disease.
