摘要
It is a global need addressing the development of industrial structures facing the phenomenon of globalization, which is possible with the inclusion of proposals that redress the absence of the education sector, which has remained indifferent to the incorporation of technological changes that affect the environment. Reflections on how the vindication of the local involves the education sector as a major player in the process of restoring the relationship with the environment are made as well as on the necessary transformation of the educational mission and their complementary functions in response to the economic, social, and cultural problems of countries with high industrial production requirements and reduction of the state budget regarding the recovery of the environmental identity. All this calls for ways of bringing together different disciplines of the scientific endeavor to recover environmental values that restore the sense and love for nature. Given the responsibility of the educational sector, this paper attempts to make a diagnosis involving the rebuilding of concepts and the analysis of the current situation regarding the violation of ecological principles. This is part of a reflective and introspective research based on the systems theory, from which it is essentially inferred the violation of the principles of recycling, diversity, quantity-quality, dynamism, perfection, and gradualness among others.
