摘要
The current research investigates the process of styrene butadiene rubber SKS-30 ARK isolation from latex in the presence of sugar production waste - molasses. Using molasses eliminates application of mineral salts in the emulsion rubber isolation technology. It was found that molasses and acidifying agent consumptions are connected. To reduce the molasses consumption for rubber selection from latex it is necessary to increase consumption of sulfuric acid for the acidification of coagulated system. The rubbers obtained meet the requirements. The use of molasses in the technology of oil-extended rubber allows disposing of the sugar production waste and reducing environmental pollution.
