摘要
The open data ventures initiated in 2009 brought a new context on the reuse of Open Government Data (OGA). Government information is a source for a variety of information products and its potential, yet little explored, has been increasingly valued by citizens, businesses and governments themselves. This exploratory research with a qualitative approach has the objective of carrying out a literature review to investigate the experience of other countries regarding the metrics, indicators and models to evaluate the available OGA. Metrics can be used by consumers and especially by OGA producers to measure return on investment and data-opening efforts. The metrics presented were Metric for Releasing Open Data, Open Data Maturity Model, OpenGovB and UNE Standard 178301. It is concluded that the metrics, despite having many evaluation variables, do not establish clarity in their definition nor justify the percentages and points assigned to each variable. However, since they are still recent instruments, their use may lead to more maturity. Besides governments benefiting from the use of these metrics, they can be used and adapted to other countries and contexts of society.
