摘要：

We present a HIV-1 seropositive patient wit generalized lymphedema, due to a rare lymphangiomateous variant of Kaposi's sarcoma, successfully treated with interferon-alpha. The clinical presentation and treatment possibilities of Kaposi's sarcoma are reviewed.
