Being disabled has become a constant issue of violation of human rights, lack of life quality and impairment of human dignity, not because of the condition itself, but because of the characteristics of the context which make it difficult for people to participate in equal conditions of social, economic and political aspects in a country, making social actors (State, company, university and civil society) responsible of alternatives that promote integral development with social equity. However, given the obvious social exclusion of disabled people, institutions such as: ECOPETROL, the UIS, ASODISPIE, and SENA signed an interinstitutional agreement, in order to advance in concrete proposals for social inclusion that recognize these people as a productive group in the labor market. This research with multimodal approach facilitates the process of analysis and understanding of the reality of the phenomenon, allowing the implementation of labor inclusion programs, aimed at the development of copetences, identification of alternative productive units and the inclusive enterprise.
