摘要
This paper deals with the problem of estimating the parameters of thermal fuel cost models for economic dispatch studies; of particular interest is the situation where conventional techniques yield infeasible parameter values which lead to non-convex optimal dispatch problems. The paper explores diagnostic and corrective approaches designed to obtain model parameters which satisfy the requirements from an end-use point of view. Emphasis is given to various weighting mechanisms and recursive algorithms as effective tools to carry out the required task. © 1990.
