Integration of the migrants in Europe

Current transnational migration is bounded with the process of globalization, so that some kind of standartisation of the developed segments of the international society. However as the experience has shown migrants face the differences of-the norms used in the region that fosters xenophobia and growth of the activity of the left-wing parties. The society on its hand tries to consolidate the possible future conflicts with the integration of the migrants. In the year 2011 European politicians for the first time talked about the collapse of the muticulturaism strategy, it showed the necessity to find models of integration that will be more effective. Now European Union is to make the decision to return to the isolationism or go for selective liberalism. From the point of view of the author of this article the EU may on the one hand return to the national migration policies, on the other follow further integration on the subnational level.
