摘要
Recently the cytology and biochemistry of peroxisomes has attracted increasing interest. These organelles were discovered in 1954 in mouse kidney cells and called 'microbodies' by electron-microscopists, their functions in mammalian and plant cells have been investigated extensively [1]. © 1979.
