摘要
A mechanism of effect of bacterial 5-alkyl(C19-C25)resorcinols on lipid bilayer of biological membranes was analyzed, using artificial planar bilayers formed with alkylresorcinols and mixtures with bacterial phospholipids. Electrical properties and stability of prepared lipid membranes were analyzed. Alkylresorcinols were suggested to form with phospholipids oligomeric and polymeric complexes, which in turn gave rise modification in membrane structure.
