摘要
A GLC method has been developed that is sufficiently sensitive to detect pentetrazole (PNZ) in human blood after clinical therapeutic doses. The assay involves a single extraction of PNZ into benzene followed by centrifugation, evaporation, and gas chromatography using a nitrogen phosphorus selective detector. The sensitivity limit is 0.1 μg of PNZ/ml of biological sample. The method has been used to determine blood and brain levels of PNZ in rats, and blood concentrations in humans orally treated with the drug. © 1979.
